NDE guidance: sharing collection information with Schema.org
1. Ontology of the data provider
Describe class and property relationships between the vocabularies.
2. SHACL shape of the data provider
Describe the paths and types available in an input message.
3. SHACL shape of the data consumer
Describe the paths and types wanted in the output message.
Uses the engine’s bundled OWL 2 RL, SKOS and QUDT rules. The ontology and both SHACL contracts specialize the N3 runtime before translation. All generated SPARQL queries are shown below, including unit-conversion arithmetic.
SPARQL CONSTRUCT execution plan
Comunica executes the queries shown here. Static facts load once; inference queries run in order and repeat until no new quads appear; the final query selects the output. A self-contained mapping needs just one query. QUDT conversion calculations are in the inference queries. Consumer constraints guide field selection; validate the output with SHACL when conformance is required.
N3 generation source
N3 is used only to generate the SPARQL execution plan above.
Execute with Comunica
Execute the complete SPARQL plan shown above on your input data. RDF Message Logs are processed one message at a time as the default RDF graph; ordinary RDF is processed as one message.
